Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year is the longest and most important celebration in the Chinese calendar. The  Chinese New Year of 4705 will begin on the 18th February 2007 - The Year of the Pig.

Chinese food recipes are prepared keeping in mind the happiness, harmony, prosperity and welfare of a person.  So practice using your chopsticks as your project includes Steamed Dumplings and Sweet and Sour Chicken.
