Fathers Day is an important day around the world. It is an opportunity to honor the dad's. In Australia and New Zealand, Father's Day is celebrated the first Sunday in September.

This Clever Little Cooks Project celebrates Father's Day with some great ideas for the barbeque. So, get dad to fire up the grill and do some fun cooking together. Our recipes are Marinated Chicken Kebabs with Homemade Barbeque Sauce and a fun Mac&Cheese that you cook on the BBQ. For dessert is a classic Bread and Butter Pudding sealed with a special message for dad.

You will also learn about all the traditional cooking methods from around the world including the braai from South Africa and the Fijian lovo.

Our craft is to make dad a great desktop dog out of wooden pegs to fetch him a pencil. We also have are step by step instructions on setting the table and a checklist to ensure that you have beautiful manners at the dinner table.
